Shipping policy

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged per order. They depend on the destination country and the total weight of your order and are shown in the checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

The delivery time begins on the day after we receive payment; for Klarna purchase on account or instalments, on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the last day of the delivery time falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery time ends on the next working day.

Customs duties for deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA), customs duties, import taxes and fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by you. Please check the import regulations of your country before ordering.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown in the checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country. They include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal and local payment methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, EPS and iDEAL | Wero. For Klarna and PayPal, the terms of the respective provider additionally apply.
